CEO of Lintu Solutions, whose mission it is to enable organizations of all sizes to effectively implement technologies. In addition to full spectrum IT services with an emphasis on cybersecurity, Lintu Solutions provides an AI Adoption and Change Management Framework with a focus on organizational strategy and the most effective use of human resources in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Solution areas include artificial intelligence models and agent and test beds “as-a-Service”, data analytics, management consulting, cloud solutions, high performance computing and cybersecurity.  Ms. Wiiki is also a certified Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Expert, AI Programmer, and Prompt Engineer. She focuses on understanding the emerging underlying AI models, effective and safe implementation, cybersecurity, and data quality. She was honored to be a 2018 Fed 100 award winner as a result of her focus on mission outcomes for the US Federal Government.

Maria Cuellar is an educator and is skillful in transferring complex mathematical concepts into bite sized pieces, using a series of concrete examples, to build understanding for appropriate audiences.  She is efficient and effective toggling between big picture and the granular level. Ms Cuellar developed advanced skills in data analysis and visualization, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. She now leads the development and implementation of advanced data analytics projects, data visualization techniques, and AI agent development. At Lintu, her responsibilities include supporting the CEO in development of capabilities, proof of concepts and MVPs for clients, creating and delivering training programs in analytics and AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions, and staying abreast of the latest trends in data analytics and artificial intelligence for strategy and planning.  Ms. Cuellar will on-board clients to the AI as a Service offering.

Gerald Loev brings over four decades of executive consulting experience to Lintu Solutions, guiding Fortune 100 companies and federal agencies through large-scale technology and organizational transformation. A former CIO at Prudential and Senior Partner at CSC and Booz Allen Hamilton, Gerald has led enterprise IT strategy, governance, and change management initiatives across industries—from finance and pharmaceuticals to defense and education. As the architect of Lintu’s AI Adoption Framework, Gerald blends board-level strategy with practical, people-first change leadership—helping organizations of all sizes adopt AI responsibly, restructure workforce policy, and align investments with evolving market realities. Gerald holds advanced degrees and executive education from both Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), bringing a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world expertise to every engagement.

Henry Seals is an internationally recognized HR and operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving cultural and organizational transformation across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. A Harvard and Kyoto University graduate, Henry brings a people-first perspective to AI integration—grounded in real-world success. As former CHRO and COO of a high-growth fintech unicorn acquired by PayPal, Henry has led the successful onboarding of AI agents to work alongside human teams, increasing both productivity and employee engagement. His expertise spans HR strategy, talent acquisition, cross-cultural leadership, and merger integration. At Lintu Solutions, Henry co-leads the AI Adoption Framework, helping organizations design future-ready workforces, align HR policy with emerging tech, and implement AI in ways that strengthen—not replace—human potential.

Nathan Manzotti is the CEO of TechRamen, an AI and data analytics consulting firm, and the founder of HelpFeds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting government employees and veterans. TechRamen is a service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) specializing in AI and Data Analytics services for small and medium-sized commercial businesses.Through HelpFeds, Nathan has developed resources to aid federal employees in navigating workplace challenges. Nathan is also building the TechRamen Expert Network which is an AI enabled platform to empower government specialists to start their own consultancies. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Nathan serves as the Lead Enterprise Data Architect and Senior Advisor on IT Modernization at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). With over 15 years of experience in government IT, he has held key positions at agencies including the General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Defense Health Agency. Nathan also contributes his expertise by serving on several advisory boards, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing technology and data analytics in both the public and private sectors.

Jonathan Williams brings a unique blend of law enforcement rigor and advanced information technology expertise to the forefront of safe and secure AI agent offerings. His career began with hands-on experience in law enforcement through the Pitman Police Department’s Explorers Program and evolved during his service as a Military Police Officer in the US Air Force. Transitioning into cybersecurity and digital forensics with federal agencies, he bolstered his practical experience with a robust academic background that includes a BA in Homeland Security, a BS in Information Technology specializing in Digital Forensics, and an MA in Criminal Justice. His work with organizations such as IRS CI and the Cybercrimes Unit—where he contributed to investigations involving billions of dollars in cryptocurrency fraud—underscores his commitment to rigorous security protocols and intelligence. This diverse expertise uniquely positions him to lead the development of innovative AI solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and security.  He will design, develop, and implement the information security architecture for the new offering.  In addition, he will be available for any computer forensics investigations to document the activity of any agent that may be implemented, should a client require that service.

John Lamboy is a seasoned senior executive and Chief Information Security Officer with over 20 years of experience, award-winning expert, and published author in security currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer Lintu Solutions, a technology solutions firm based in Frederick, MD, that specializes in integrated security, agile development, and advanced engineering for clients that include NASA, FAA, IRS and the Department of Defense. Consult contracts company-wide and serve onsite at the FAA as a subject-matter expert (SME) regarding cloud security architecture. Possess multiple industry-recognized certifications including an M.S. in Information Assurance, CISSP, ISSAM, and CCSK. Expertise encompasses security posture analysis, security architecture, security operation centers (SOCs), scanning, VLANs, access controls, cloud solutions, FedRAMP, DISA STIGs, NIST, RMF, audits, data loss prevention, risk assessments, and mitigation, incident response, and related elements of best practices. Also knowledgeable about networks and ICAM. Have consulted on cybersecurity in a wide array of civilian sectors and federal agencies, including for health IT, finance (U.S. Treasury), and defense. Former Marine CISO, and former CISO/CTO of the Year (2010) for the Mid-Atlantic Region. A client-focused leader who provides insight and solutions to C-level executives, key stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional teams.

The word “Lintu” is derived from the Finnish language and means “bird” in English. Our mascot, the Peregrine Falcon, is known for its speed and agility, is able to track three objects at the same time from a 2-mile distance and is the fastest animal in the world, swooping down on its prey at speeds up to 240 miles per hour. Just like the Peregrine Falcon, Lintu Solutions is swift and efficient in maintaining an eye toward solutions that are evolving in the commercial marketplace and their relevance to increasing the effectiveness of our clients.  The Peregrine Falcon is known for its intelligence, making it an apt representation of our company as we provide smart and innovative solutions to the government.
