Our mascot, the Peregrine Falcon, is known for its speed and agility, is able to track three objects at the same time from a 2-mile distance and is the fastest animal in the world, swooping down on its prey at speeds up to 240 miles per hour. Just like the Peregrine Falcon, Lintu Solutions is swift and efficient in maintaining an eye toward solutions that are evolving in the commercial marketplace and their relevance to increasing the effectiveness of our clients as they execute their missions.  The Peregrine Falcon is known for its intelligence, making it an apt representation of our company as we provide smart and innovative solutions to the government. The Peregrine Falcon has a strong association with patriotism, which is essential for an IT business supporting the U.S. federal government. Overall, the Peregrine Falcon embodies the qualities required for an IT business that supports the US Federal government with speed, intelligence, innovation, and patriotism.

Leadership

As President and CEO of Lintu Solutions, Lee Ann Wiiki is a Government Computer News Fed 100 Award Winner who partners with federal agencies & advises CIOs on applying rapidly evolving tech & innovative business models to their mission goals. She implemented “innovation sessions” at IRS to assure use of the latest technologies & that costs would remain competitive over contract term. She also devised innovation sessions for Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) personnel, bringing in industry experts to help them understand evolving forces in the institutions they regulate world – i.e. bitcoin enabled by blockchain. “Lee Ann was a consummate professional in listening to our business goals & offering solutions that effectively addressed those goals. She brought together an impressive team & aligned them well to the work that needed to be done.” said Martin Henning, Deputy Director, Division of Risk Management Supervision, FDIC.

With the IRS, she enabled an innovative business model for an enterprise Storage as a Service model to dramatically reduce costs (30% in the first year). This project, an honorable mention for the GCN Awards, delivers more than seven petabytes of private storage with business-driven performance tiers, giving IRS the right kind of storage at the right time – resulting in substantial savings & efficiencies. For the USDA Consolidated Loan Program, her work facilitated an improved process for farmers using the new ‘EZ Loans’ program. This allowed USDA staff to modify how they monitor losses associated with loan portfolios, significantly reducing the time needed for loss calculations. Her work also enhanced the program’s use of web services to improve the accuracy and timeliness of funds control.
